Once again, Cheshire Federation members have put their best foot forward.
On 16th October, to mark Restart a Heart Day, we held a sponsored walk around beautiful Delamere Forest to raise funds for The Oliver King Foundation.
We were delighted to have the charity’s founder, Mark King, with us on the day, supporting the walkers and giving practical demonstrations on how to use a defibrillator — a skill that can truly save lives.
An amazing 68 members joined the walk and raised an impressive £451.
Our target is £650, and we’d love to reach it. If your WI wasn’t able to take part on the day, there’s still time to contribute to this life-saving cause.
Every pound really can make a difference by helping to provide training and defibrillators across Cheshire and Liverpool.
A huge thank you to everyone who walked, donated, and supported — together, we’re helping save lives.
