The Art & Craft sub-committee invites members to a workshop at Byley Village Hall CW10 9NG on Saturday 5th September 2026.  This event is inspired by the exhibition of the Bayeux tapestry at the British Museum, the first time it has been shown in the UK since it was made almost 1,000 years ago.

At this all day (10am – 4pm) workshop members will learn Bayeux stitch and use it to create a beautiful medieval style tree motif.  This can be framed for display or used for appliqué.
