Following on from the Green Dot Day workshop on air source heat pumps in March by Sue Bentley, the people who attended on the day were invited to a private visit to Bluebell Cottage Gardens for a talk by the owner, Sue Beesley, on the design and installation of her air source heat pump.
Sue gave us an interesting and very clear explanation on all the points she considered before her installation was done, and took us into her home to see the pump, the water tank and the radiators for ourselves. She answered lots of questions and everyone enjoyed the session and learned a lot.
We were then treated to tea and homemade cake, and a tour from Sue (an RHS Gold Medal winner at this year’s Tatton show) around her beautiful sunlit gardens.
A very interesting and enjoyable day.
