The Happy Place Festival at Tatton Park was a brilliant weekend. There always an excuse to promote our wonderful organisation and this one was fabulous.
The NFWI team had a wonderful time meeting so many enthusiastic festival-goers in such a beautiful setting. Supporting The WI (National Federation of Women’s Institutes) were CFWI Trustees Helen Tyrrell and Wendy Morris, alongside Shelley Walker from Runcorn WI and Tiff Jordan from Heaton Mess WI.
Despite the mixed weather, spirits were high amongst both the Festival attendees and the Cheshire Federation of WIs team and the atmosphere was fantastic. It was so thrilling to receive so many enquiries about WI membership from far and wide – and genuine interest in all that the WI has to offer.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat – we loved sharing the WI story with you and thank you to Kelly and Jules from NFWI who were superheroes bringing it all to fruition and were positive promoters of the WI.
