In response to enquiries about the status of ACWW in WIs’ charity fund raising activity you will find relevant information on “MY WI” and in the WI constitution.
Charities must have objects which fit in with the WI’s charitable objects.
Those which could fit in with ACWW ‘s objects are:-
- To advance the education of women and girls for the public benefit in all areas including:
- Political and social issues-on a local, national and international scale
- Interest areas including agriculture, crafts, home economics, science and health
- To promote sustainable development which meets the needs of future generations without compromising those of the present by:-
- Educating people in the conservation of the environment and the responsible use of natural resources
- Promoting sustainable economic growth
- To promote public health.

Make a Greater Community impact for the women most at risk of being left behind.
Prioritise the issues highlighted by rural women in their communities,
The focus will be on ;-
- Climate smart agriculture
- Rural Women’s Health
- Education and Community Development for the Core Projects which respond to local priorities strengthening impact and building sustainability.
There will be fewer projects each year but the annual spending will be at the same level.

If your WI wishes to raise money for ACWW it must be sent from your Treasurer direct to ACWW not to CFWI or NFWI
