The PA Team invites members to Holmes Chapel Community Centre CW4 8AA to hear a Congleton Hydro talk followed by lunch on Thursday 16th July 2026 at 11 am.

You will hear from Mervyn Sara, electrical engineer and company secretary of DVCE (Dane Valley Community Energy Ltd a not-for-profit mutual society aiming to bring renewable energy to Cheshire) who will share the story behind the Havannah hydro project and introduce the Congleton solar project – another step towards a more sustainable future – and learn how local energy generation can power a greener tomorrow.
