The current badge for the Federation Chair is an historic, beautiful and expensive legacy dating back many years.  With the change of name from Chairman to Chair, could you design a new badge to be worn on official engagements and to represent the Federation

The current badge is silver, 2½“x 3½” ,  with superb enamelling.  But you may think of a striking design in an entirely different medium or maybe to be worn around the neck
