Sometimes knowing what to do can mean the world.  Join us at WI House on Wednesday 23rd July at 1.30 pm for an empowering event designed to give members the confidence and knowledge to assist in a health emergency.  The cost is £10 per member

Through three engaging, hands-on workshops, every participant will rotate through and learn essential life-saving skills:

🔸How to use a defibrillator
🔸How to perform simple CPR
🔸First aid basics

Whether you’re at home, at work, or out in the community, the right knowledge can make all the difference. No prior experience needed — just a willingness to learn and the desire to make a difference.
